WAPilot.io is a self-service WhatsApp Business API platform operated by 7pixs Digital Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, India. Users can sign up, activate services, and use the platform directly through their dashboard.
All purchases, subscriptions, platform fees, setup charges, and service payments are considered final once paid.
1. Free Trial
WAPilot offers a 7-day free trial for eligible new users.
No payment information is required during the free trial period. Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid subscription.
Free trial access may be modified, limited, or terminated at any time without notice, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting WAPilot support at [email protected].
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle begins.
Services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time, partial usage, or remaining subscription periods.
3. Refund Policy
Because WAPilot provides a free trial period, all payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing cycle begins.
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate or incorrect billing charges
- Unauthorized transactions
- Significant technical failures directly caused by WAPilot infrastructure and unresolved within a reasonable time
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Server downtime or temporary interruptions
- Meta or WhatsApp platform outages
- WhatsApp Business Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions by Meta
- Policy violations by users
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, Meta conversation charges, or third-party service costs
Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Account Suspension
WAPilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, abuse, illegal activity, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.
5. Policy Updates
WAPilot may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
